What we do
We buy residential property directly from homeowners, landlords and agents, and carry out the work needed to bring it up to standard. Some are sold on once renovated. Others are retained and let as long-term homes, or adapted and leased to registered providers and care operators on long-term terms.
How we buy
In the company's name, with our own funds, and with solicitors instructed as soon as terms are agreed. Offers are subject to inspection and legal checks; if those reveal a material issue, we say so promptly and in writing.
Where we operate
Lancashire, with a focus on the east of the county, and the wider North West for supported housing.
