What we collect and why

Your name, contact details and the details of the property you are enquiring about, so that we can assess it and respond. We keep this information for as long as the enquiry is active and for two years afterwards, after which it is deleted.

Direct mail

From time to time we write to property owners in Lancashire to ask whether they would consider selling. Letters are addressed to the property rather than to a named individual, and we do not purchase mailing lists. If you would prefer not to receive letters from us, send the property address through the contact form and it will be added to our suppression list within seven days.

Who has access

The company's directors and, once a purchase is agreed, our solicitors. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office. Requests can be made through the contact form.
